Welcome to M-Agent, a USSD automation application designed for Ghanaian mobile money agents. This Privacy Policy explains how we collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the M-Agent mobile application.
By using M-Agent, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use the App.

2.1 Personal Information You Provide
When you create an account with M-Agent, we collect the following information:
Name: Your full name for account identification

Phone Number: To identify your mobile number incase we want to contact you
Region Selection: Your selected region (not precise location) to understand where our services are being utilized

We may collect the following technical information:
App Usage Analytics: Through Firebase Analytics, we collect anonymous data about how you interact with the App to improve our services
Authentication Data: Firebase Authentication securely stores your login credentials
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
M-Agent does not collect:
Precise GPS or location data
Your mobile money PIN or passwords
Your transaction amounts or financial details
Photos, videos, or media files
Contacts or call logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
Account Management: To create and maintain your M-Agent account
Authentication: To verify your identity and secure your account access
Service Delivery: To provide USSD automation services for mobile money transactions

4. Accessibility Permission
4.1 Why We Need Accessibility Permission
M-Agent requires Android Accessibility Service permission to function properly. This permission allows the App to:
Detect Mobile Money USSD Codes: Automatically recognize when you initiate USSD sessions for MTN, Vodafone, or AirtelTigo mobile money services
Automate Transaction Flow: Navigate through USSD menus automatically on your behalf
Fill Transaction Details: Input transaction information without manual typing
Reduce Errors: Minimize human error in mobile money agent operations
4.2 What We Do NOT Do With Accessibility
We do NOT use accessibility permission to:
Access your passwords or PINs
Read your SMS messages or notifications from other apps
Access data from other applications
Monitor your activities outside M-Agent operations
Share or transmit your screen content to any third party
4.3 Security of Accessibility Usage
All accessibility operations occur locally on your device
No screen content or USSD interaction data is transmitted to our servers
You maintain full control and can revoke accessibility permission at any time through Android settings
5. Data Storage and Security
5.1 Where Your Data is Stored
Firebase Authentication: Your account credentials are securely stored using Firebase Authentication services, which use industry-standard encryption
Firebase Cloud: Account information (name, email, phone, region) is stored on secure Firebase servers
Local Device Storage: The App stores some data locally on your device for offline functionality
5.2 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:
Secure encryption during data transmission
Firebase security rules to restrict unauthorized access
Regular security assessments
Limited employee access to user data
5.3 Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request account deletion at any time.

8.2 Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your M-Agent account and associated data. To request account deletion:

You can revoke accessibility permission or other app permissions at any time through your device's Android Settings > Apps > M-Agent > Permissions. Note that revoking accessibility permission will prevent the App from functioning properly.
9. Children's Privacy
M-Agent is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.

RANDY TECHS complies with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). As a data subject under Ghanaian law, you have rights including:
